How often and how long are the sessions?
How long is each session?
Each session is 55 minutes.
How many sessions should I schedule
per week?
This is determined by your goals, lifestyle, finances and discipline.
We generally recommend a minimum of two sessions per week for best results;
however, we train some people five times per week and others once every
two weeks. Based on your interview and evaluation we will give you our
recommendation, but, ultimately, you decide.
Am I able to keep the same trainer
or teacher if I like them?
This depends on many factors but often a trainer/client relationship can
go on for years. If for some reason your trainer must leave, another appropriate
match will be made from our team of specialists.
I cannot afford a trainer on a regular
basis. Can one of your trainers teach me to work out on my own?
Absolutely. We will teach you a safe and effective program so you can
work out on your own with confidence.
