Personal Training
Our nationally certified personal trainers work to improve your health and fitness profile by designing a comprehensive program of cardiovascular work, stretching and resistance training (with weights, machines, body-weight exercises and portable tubing) that will address the following areas, allowing you to achieve "total" fitness:
Muscular Strength
Muscular Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance
Flexibility
Body Composition
One-on-one personal training sessions can be conducted in your home or office, or at our Upper East Side facility.
